Two Meets One Golden Shoe: The winner of this week's Golden Shoe was Anh-Vu Nguyen. In his 1st 5k since his Freshman year, Anh-Vu set a PR with a time of 17:25 on the Region III Cross-Country course. He fought hard the first two miles losing ground the last mile, but is now the current team's fastest 5K performer.
